Energy Subcommittee

The FIRESCOPE Energy Subcommittee is established to identify best practices related to all types of hazardous energy risks experienced by the fire service. The subject matter experts will identify best practices involving prevention, preparedness, response and recovery during incidents involving hazardous energy including energy systems, stored energy, stranded energy and the risks associated with these events. The subcommittee will strive to produce products utilizing a best practice model drawing upon the experience and knowledge gained in the delivery of public service by all members in accordance with all FIRESCOPE policies and procedures.​
