Lithium-Ion Battery Subcommittee

The FIRESCOPE Lithium-Ion Battery Subcommittee is established to identify best practices related to Lithium-Ion batteries and energy storage in chemical form.  The subject matter experts will identify best practices involving prevention, preparedness, response and recovery during incidents involving energy storage, and specifically Lithium-Ion batteries.   The subcommittee will strive to produce products utilizing a best practice model drawing upon the experience and knowledge gained in the delivery of public service by all members in accordance with all FIRESCOPE policies and procedures.
