Personal Information does not include anonymous analytical information.“Non-Personal Analytical Information” is aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons (like statistics about which are the most used parts of the App, how the end user navigated to those parts), and standard Google Analytics information such as type of device, phone software version, how long the App is in use, and relative location.

This anonymous analytical information is used on an aggregated basis (not personally identifiable) to do such things as allow Cal OES to operate the App, improve the content of the App and help understand how individuals are using the App. Cal OES may disclose aggregated information about the App’s users, but that information contains no Personal Information specific to you.
