Chief Liversedge has served the citizens of San Diego City, responding to the 2003 Cedar Fire, 2007 Fire Storm, along with the most recent Covid-19 response.  Chief Liversedge has held the ranks of Firefighter, Engineer, Captain, promoting to Battalion Chief on 12/2/2017.  Chief Liversedge served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy from 1990-1999, receiving an honorable discharge.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Chief Liversedge graduated from Central High School in 1990.  Chief Liversedge attended Grand Canyon University earning a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management (2018).  In 2000 Chief Liversedge received a Meritorious Service Commendation Medal for actions at a high-rise fire. </p><p style="text-align:justify;">Chief Liversedge is qualified as a Strike Team Leader, Hazardous Materials Specialist, Fire Officer, and Chief Officer.  Chief Liversedge has taught in several fire academies, assigned to training station as a Post Academy Instructor, and 10 years' experience being a member of the Hazardous Materials Team. Chief Liversedge's current operational assignment includes managing a busy Battalion and overseeing Operations and Training for the Hazardous Materials team.  </p><p style="text-align:justify;">In January of 2022, Chief Liversedge was selected by Fire Chief Colin Stowell to serve on the FIRESCOPE Structure Sub-Committee.  Chief Liversedge is humbled to be part of this FIRESCOPE working group, researching topics to make value-based decisions, providing a solid platform for the fire service to work from.         </p><p>When not at work Chief Liversedge enjoys, getting his kids to practice, going to weekend sports tournaments, and cooking with his family.  Chief Liversedge has been active in the community coaching and serving as a board member for youth sports.  <br></p><p>​<br></p></div>Mailto: mliversedge@sandiego.govMichael Liversedge
https://firescope.caloes.ca.gov/Governance/Lists/Firescope Roster and Biography/DispForm.aspx?ID=391Battalion Chief - Secretary Kern County Fire Department 5642 Victor Street Bakersfield, CA 93308<div class="ExternalClassD9C2E471E5F8425D86122857B67D34C6"><p>​Kern County Fire Department<br></p></div><div class="ExternalClassB13020DF8A554C5192B33FB277D8C7F4"><p style="text-align:left;">​Chief Carter was appointed to the Kern County Fire Department on October 1st of 2002 at the age of 21.  Prior to serving the citizens of Kern full time Chief Carter was employed as a seasonal firefighter on The Rio Bravo Hotshots.  Chief Carter promoted to Engineer with the County of Kern in the fall of 2005, to the rank of Captain in the spring of 2008 and most recently to the rank of Battalion Chief in the summer of 2021.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Chief Carter was born and raised in the City of Bakersfield where he still resides.  He graduated from Stockdale High School in 1999.  He played baseball at Bakersfield College for a short stent until he realized that he had to get a real job in life.  Chief Carter has an Associate of Arts degree from Bakersfield College in fire science.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Chief Carter spent two years working in the department's training division.  His role was split between being a Training officer and a shift Safety Officer.  Chief Carter oversaw probationary fire fighter training, department proficiency drills and writing department operational policies.  As a safety officer Chief Carter responded to all major incidents within the County.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Chief Carter was selected by Battalion Chief Josh Stinnett to serve as a new member on the FIRESCOPE Structure Fire Working Group in 2022.  This is Chief Carters first experience as being a part of FIRESCOPE leadership and considers it an honor for the opportunity to work alongside such a high caliber group of motivated professionals.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Chief Carter has been married for nineteen years; he and his wife have two sons who share a passion for the game of baseball.  When Chief are isn't spending time with family he can be found enjoying the outdoors on a hunting or fishing adventure.  Chief Carter is very proud of his service and profession but considers his most important task in life to be a leader, mentor and positive example for his family.<br></p><p><br></p></div>mailto: ccarter@kerncountyfire.orgCurt Carter

Before serving the citizens of Fresno, Captain Creasy worked as a seasonal firefighter for the California Department of Forestry (Cal Fire). Captain Creasy was promoted to Fire Captain with the City of Fresno in the fall of 2016. </p><p>Captain Creasy grew up in the town of Clovis, a suburb of Fresno. He graduated from Clovis High School in 1998. Continuing his studies at Fresno City College, he earned an Associate of the Arts degree while working as a seasonal firefighter. After establishing his career with the Fresno Fire Department, Captain Creasy returned to college. He attended Colorado State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire and Emergency Management. Captain Creasy received the Medal of Bravery award, two Meritorious Service awards, and the City of Fresno Employee of the Quarter. He serves on the Urban Search & Rescue and the Public Information team for the Fresno Fire Department.  </p><p>As a Firefighter, Captain Creasy was assigned as a Training Officer and assisted with developing and delivering the 2015 Fresno Operational Area High Rise drill. During the years 2021 and 2022, Captain Creasy instructed two Firefighter Trainee Academies for the Fresno Fire Department. Captain Creasy is currently a Technical Specialist with Regional Task Force 5.<br></p><p>Chief Price selected Captain Creasy to serve as his replacement as a member of the FIRESCOPE Structure Fire Working Group in 2022. Captain Creasy is grateful for this tremendous opportunity to collaborate with the finest fire service professionals in the state of California.  </p><p>Captain Creasy has been married to his lovely wife, Rebekah, for fifteen years. The two have been blessed with wonderful children, Charlotte (10) and Nikko (8). The couple stays busy with piano lessons, soccer, drama, and various elementary school athletics. San Jacinto College, and is currently working on completing his bachelor's degree.  He also has been a member of FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team – California Task Force 6 since 2014.  He is active on several training cadres, committees, working groups, and is a qualified Air Tactical Group Supervisor. </p><p>​In February 2017, Chief Hudson was chosen to replace CAL FIRE Division Chief Dan Talbot on the FIRESCOPE High Rise Specialist Group.  He considers it an honor to serve the firefighting community through FIRESCOPE and is committed to the safety of the firefighters we serve. <br></p><p><br></p></div>mailto: dave.hudson@fire.ca.govDave Hudson

https://firescope.caloes.ca.gov/Governance/Lists/Firescope Roster and Biography/DispForm.aspx?ID=386Battlaion Chief San Francisco Fire Department 698 2nd Street San Francisco, CA 94107<div class="ExternalClass4B7EEDDA3BAC4259929AF1D5B8AA032F"><p>Large Cities North<br></p></div><div class="ExternalClassDDBE8F417015437ABD25803B874DF216"><p style="text-align:justify;">Chief Rabbitt was appointed to the San Francisco Fire Department in May of 2005 at the age of 26 and has served the citizens of the City and County of San Francisco for the past 17 years.  Chief Rabbitt has held the ranks of Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief and promoted to Acting/Assistant Chief on January 9, 2022.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Chief Rabbitt attended Marin Catholic College Preparatory, and the University of California at Santa Barbara.  Chief Rabbitt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.  Chief Rabbitt is the current Secretary of the San Francisco Fire Chiefs Association and is an adjunct instructor at City College of San Francisco.  Chief Rabbitt also has served on the audit review committee of the San Francisco Firefighters Credit Union.<strong>   </strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;">In December of 2021, Chief Rabbitt was selected by Fire Chief Nicholson to replace Robert Postel when he promoted to Deputy Chief of Operations to serve on the FIRESCOPE Structure Fire Sub-Committee.  Being associated with such a prestigious organization is one of Chief Rabbitt's greatest honors where he works proudly alongside a talented group of fire service professionals.          </p><p style="text-align:justify;">​During his time away from work, Chief Rabbitt enjoys spending time with his family and friends and engaging in all types of outdoor activity.  Chief Rabbitt is very proud of his profession but considers his greatest accomplishments in the life to be his wife Megan and his two sons, Jim and Henry.<br></p></div>mailto: patrick.rabbitt@sfgov.orgPat Rabbitt

Prior to serving the citizens of Los Angeles, Chief Tomlinson was an Explorer with the LAFD. Chief Tomlinson promoted to Captain with the City of Los Angeles in 2000, Captain II in 2004, Battalion Chief in 2013, and Assistant Chief in 2017.</p><p> Chief Tomlinson grew up in Northridge, a community within the San Fernando Valley, in the northern portion of the City of Los Angeles. Chief Tomlinson graduated from Granada Hills High School in 1985, and has completed several collegiate level courses ranging in the fields of Fire Science to Leadership. Chief Tomlinson is the recipient of the Medal of Valor award, and serves on the LAFD Field Incident Management Team as the IC for Team 2. </p><p>Chief Tomlinson spent two years as a Drill Tower Instructor, 3 years as the Recruit Training Officer where he oversaw the development and delivery of 15 training academies, and worked in Homeland Security Division at the Alliance. As a Battalion Chief, he has been assigned field assignments and administratively he oversaw the Fire Communications Dispatch Support Section for three years. As an Assistant Chief, he has worked in Command 42 which handles the north half of the City’s emergency incident oversight, and as the Administrative AC in Operations Valley Bureau. Chief Tomlinson is currently CICCS qualified as a Division Supervisor, Safety Officer and Strike Team Leader. </p><p>Chief Tomlinson has served the on the FIRESCOPE High Rise Specialty Group since 2013, and now in the new Emergency Operations Structure Fire sub-committee. Chief Tomlinson has served as the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and general member. </p><p>Chief Tomlinson has been married since 1994; he and his wife have two daughters who are proud college graduates with careers. The family enjoys spending time on their personal water craft, traveling, horseback riding and rodeos.
